Funding Request Form

Please use this form to submit a proposal to The Des Moines Public School Foundation. The Foundation meets monthly and will review all submissions. If this is an urgent request, please email information to desmoinespsf@gmail.com.

FUNDING CRITERIA: We prioritize proposals that: 
1) address the unmet needs of underserved individuals or groups within DMPS 
2) increase the capacity of the district to better meet those needs moving forward 
3) facilitate community-building and collaboration within the district
4) help tell the story of educational innovation, equity, and passion in the district 

We also take into account balancing a portfolio that supports educators and students across the district, across grade levels, and across curricular areas.

Please note: The foundation does not fund individual adult travel needs for professional development and does not fund individual student trips.
